Nurturing enthusiasm, creativity, and continuous learning in a positive self-respecting classroom where students are allowed to take risks creates motivation for lifelong learning. By supporting diversity acceptance, recognizing individual abilities, and maintaining a safe environment students can have a balanced and successful learning experience.  As an educator, I use best practices to see that students learn to their full potential and become well rounded, lifelong learners.
